Why can't I copy text from my PDF?
Some PDFs are scanned images rather than text documents — the text is a picture, not actual characters. Use the Image OCR tool instead for scanned PDFs.
Will the extracted text preserve formatting?
Plain text extraction removes formatting. Column layouts, tables, and headers may not be preserved perfectly. For formatted extraction, use the PDF to Word flow.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
