How is exact age calculated?
By subtracting the birthdate from today's date, accounting for leap years, different month lengths, and timezone differences.
What is a leap year?
A year with 366 days (February has 29 days). Occurs in years divisible by 4, except century years, unless divisible by 400. For example: 2000 was a leap year, 1900 was not.
Why does my age differ by 1 year in some countries?
Korea and some East Asian cultures count age differently — newborns start at age 1 and everyone gains a year on New Year's Day, not their birthday.
