FAQ

Is my video uploaded to a server?

No — FFmpeg.wasm runs entirely in your browser. Your video files never leave your device.

What is the difference between copy mode and re-encode?

Copy mode (-c copy) is fast but cuts on keyframes — output may be slightly longer than specified. Re-encode is frame-accurate but slower. Use re-encode when precise cuts matter.

What output formats are supported?

MP4 (H.264 + AAC) for maximum compatibility, and WebM (VP9 + Opus) for smaller web files.
